Getting your files to us is easy. Pick the method that works best for you. We accept most common formats and will let you know before we print if something needs adjusting.

Bring your files on a USB drive or memory card. We'll open your files, confirm the specs with you, and get your order started immediately.
Upload or Email Your Files

Note: PDF is strongly recommended for best color and layout accuracy.
Pro tip: When saving for print, export as PDF at 300 DPI or higher with bleed marks if your design extends to the edge of the page. Have questions or need formatting help? Contact us!

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums — we print a single page or a thousand. Just let us know what you need and we'll quote accordingly.How fast can I get my order?
Most standard copy and print jobs are ready same day or while you wait. Larger orders — booklets, banners, large-format prints — typically require 24–48 hours. Rush orders may be available; ask a staff member when you drop off your files.What resolution should my files be?
For best results, submit images and files at 300 DPI or higher. Files below 150 DPI will print noticeably soft or pixelated at full size. We'll flag any resolution issues before we print.Do I need to add bleed to my design?
If your design has color or images that extend to the edge of the page, yes — add 1/8 inch (0.125") of bleed on all sides. For documents with white borders, bleed is not required. PDF format preserves bleed settings best.Can you match a specific Pantone or brand color?
Our printers are calibrated for CMYK output. We can get very close to most brand colors, but we cannot guarantee exact Pantone matches on standard digital presses. For critical color work, we recommend requesting a proof print before your full run.Do you offer rush or same-day service?
Yes — for most standard print jobs. Call ahead or stop in to confirm availability for your specific job. Large-format and bound orders may require more lead time even on a rush basis.
