What ID is required to rent a mailbox?
Federal regulations (USPS Form 1583) require two forms of valid identification - at least one must be a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. The second can be a credit card, utility bill, vehicle registration, or other acceptable document. We'll walk you through the form when you come in.
How will I know when packages arrive?
